Welcome to Timboon Golf Course,

Timboon Golf Course is located at 29 Egan St Timboon, in the Heytesbury region of South Western Victoria, Australia. The Heytesbury region is the largest dairy farming settlement in Victoria.

Timboon is only 25 kilometres from the Great Ocean Road and located near Port Campbell, the Twelve Apostles and Warrnambool. Timboon is part of the Gourmet Food Trail which includes chocolates, cheeses, strawberries (opposite the Golf Course) icecream and whisky.

The Rail Trail winds its way from Camperdown to Timboon and is suitable for cycling and walking. The historic Trestle Bridge, which is incorporated in the Rail Trail, is a 5 minute drive from Timboon.

There is also a Geocache located adjacent to the first hole (See the photograph of 'The Grave' in the Gallery).

About the Golf Course

The golf course is a full 18 hole course (actually 14 + 4) and is surrounded by mature native bushland. The course has a number of lakes (actually 2 dams) and is undulating in parts. It can be challenging.

While playing you may see native wildlife including koalas, ducks, a variety of bird life, rabbits and the occasional echidna.

The men's course length is 5,618 metres and the ladies' 5,060 metres making it one of the longest in South West Victoria. The course rating is 70 and the slope rating is 128.

Access to the course is excellent.
